When you choose me to be your Marriage Celebrant I will be committed to working with you both to ensure your wedding ceremony exceeds that which you have dreamed of. This is your special day and you should have the utmost confidence in who officiates at your wedding as the words that are shared between you should be shaped and true to reflect who you are individually, together, and who you want to be in the future as a couple.
A no obligation initial meet and greet will be organised between us to ensure that we are the right fit for each other as it is imperative that you trust and are happy with who officiates at your wedding which undoubtedly will be one of the most important days of your lives.

Fertility Ceremonies
Are you struggling with the heart ache and stresses of your fertility journey?
Suffering a fertility problem is a life crisis and should be acknowledged as one.
You will have your own story to tell, but undoubtedly it will be a story full of some or all of the following emotions:
lack of control, heartache, pain, frustration, anger, sadness, loss, disbelief, guilt, hope and love.
There are many facets to a fertility journey and having been on a journey myself, I am empathetic to the emotions that can
accompany the many stages.
I am a celebrant, trained through the Celebrant School, and am passionate about helping others, through the use of ceremony,
to acknowledge and hopefully find a way through the emotions and grief you may still feel around your fertility journey
or to honour a life lost.
I will listen to your story and work with you to design a ceremony that is right and appropriate for you.

Ceremonies for loss of a baby during pregnancy
A miscarriage in New Zealand is defined as losing a baby in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. This means you will have had no funeral for your little one, and not been provided with a place to come together to remember and honour your beloved baby. Funerals also provide a place and time to say goodbye.
Experiencing a miscarriage is an extremely difficult and hard time and one which can continue to be so for an indefinite period of time. Sadly you will not get to meet your baby and have no tangible memories to hold on too.
Ceremony can help by making the intangible, tangible, by putting words to your feelings and allowing you to honour the child that you have lost that you were not previously given the opportunity to do, acknowledging the hopes and dreams you had for your child, to recognise your loss and to help you move through your grief.
